A Turkish union intends to build 6 thousand homes for the needy in northern Syria

The Turkish Islamic Federation for Religious Affairs announced today, Wednesday, its intention to build 6 thousand homes for the needy in the Idlib region, northern Syria.

This came after the President of the Union, Kazem Turkman, visited the city of Azaz in the countryside of Aleppo, and Idlib, as part of relief activities to deliver aid to families living in orphanages.

Turkmen said that they will work to build houses and present them to needy families as soon as possible, within the project of ” Houses of Good” that was launched earlier.

He added, “The project aims to build 800,000 homes in the Idlib region,” noting that “they continue to meet all the needs of the educational classrooms in the Azaz area, which contributes significantly to serving the children of poor families in the area.”

It is worth noting that the “Homes of Good” project is based on building residential houses that are resistant to all weather conditions, and provide Syrian families with housing in light of the weak capabilities of some families to pay exorbitant wages in northern Syria.
