257 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded in northwest Syria

Yesterday, Sunday, the Early Warning Network recorded 257 new infections with the Coronavirus in northwestern Syria, bringing the number of recorded infections to 27,801.

The network stated that 79 new cases were recorded in Aleppo countryside (46 in Afrin, 4 in Al-Bab, 21 in Jarablus, 7 in Jabal Samaan), and Idlib governorate recorded 179 infections (14 in Jericho, 128 in Harem, 35 in Idlib, 2 in Jisr al-Shughur).

The network recorded 27 cases of recovery, 14 of which were recorded in Afrin in the countryside of Aleppo, and 13 were recorded in Idlib Governorate (4 in Ariha, 6 in Harem, 3 in Idlib), bringing the total number of recovery cases to 23,468, and the number of deaths from the Corona virus recorded by the network reached In the liberated areas, 734 deaths.

The Epidemiological Surveillance Laboratory of the Early Warning Network Program indicated that it conducted 886 analyzes of Corona virus, bringing the number of analyzes it carried out to 175,748 in northern Syria.
