Biden added: “The United States ended a war in Afghanistan that lasted 20 years, and his country will not resort to wars except in the case of defending its security if it is threatened.” He also pledged to defend Israel, but he said that a two-state solution with the Palestinians is still required, although The way to it is still far away.
