One death and 47 new infections with the Corona virus in northwestern Syria
Yesterday, Tuesday, northwest Syria recorded 47 new infections with the emerging coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections to 25,890 since the virus began spreading.
According to what the Idlib Health Directorate published on its Facebook page, 47 cases of coronavirus were recorded yesterday, after conducting more than 300 new analyzes, while the number of people recovered reached 94 cases of recovery, 11 cases of recovery in Idlib city, bringing the number to 22,702 cases of recovery.
The infections were distributed among the cities and towns of Idlib governorate, for the governorate to record 26 infections, while the remaining number was recorded in the cities and towns of the northern and eastern Aleppo countryside.
The death toll reached 714, after a previous death related to the Corona virus was recorded.
It is noteworthy that the number of cases that have been tested in the northwestern region of Syria has exceeded the barrier of 156,000 tests since the outbreak and spread of the virus.
