The Syrian Coalition calls for national action to restore the center of the Syrian revolution

The head of the National Coalition, Salem al-Maslat, called for restoring the initiative, moving the stagnant waters and restoring the centralization of the Syrian revolution, through a purely patriotic action based on hand, direction, vision and one word.

Al-Maslat said in his speech, during the opening of the meeting of the General Assembly of the “Syrian Tribes and Clans” council in the Turkish city of Gaziantep: “The dispersion of efforts and energies and the lack of coordination among them has missed many opportunities for our revolution.”

He stressed the importance of strengthening the real partnership between the institutions of the Syrian revolution and unifying efforts in order to achieve the demands of the Syrian people for freedom, dignity and democracy.

The head of the coalition added: “The fruits of this will be a single Syria that does not accept division, and its people are one,” noting that the Syrian people “do not accept imperfect rights, and do not accept anything less than their freedom and dignity, and their liberation from tyranny and terrorism, in a state where democracy and human dignity prevail.
They are reserved and his rights are inviolable.”

Al-Maslat stressed that the Assad regime was unable with all its security services in the face of peaceful demonstrations and faced defenselessness with every weapon it owned and with all militias and mercenaries for a decade, and only achieved the inability to bury the revolution and silence the voice of the people, noting that “the situation of the Syrians under the control of the Assad regime, has demonstrated and clarified its impotence.
from fulfilling their most basic rights, such as bread, water, and electricity.”
On the role of the Syrian clans and tribes, Al-Maslat explained that “they were, are, and will remain a pillar of preserving the Syrian social fabric and steadfastness in the face of challenges.”

The “Syrian Tribes and Clans Council” concluded its general assembly meeting, which was held for two days in the city of Gaziantep, yesterday, Thursday.
It is noteworthy that in 2018, 150 tribes and clans joined under the umbrella of the “Syrian Tribes and Clans Council,” during a general conference held in the city of Azaz in Aleppo countryside.
