US reinforcements arrive in northeastern Syria

The United States of America said that it sent military armored vehicles last September to northeastern Syria, due to the Russian military presence and patrolling without coordination with it.

While the US Central Command revealed the reasons that prompted Washington to send armored vehicles of the type “M2 Bradley” to northeastern Syria, stressing that the Russian presence there was the reason.

US Central Command spokesman Bill Urban stated that the United States has also sent radar systems and increased fighter patrols over the area to protect its forces and coalition forces, adding that “The United States does not seek a conflict with any other country in Syria, but it will defend the coalition forces if necessary. Command ”.

It is noteworthy that the American forces possess several military bases in eastern and northeastern Syria in the areas controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces, where there have been several skirmishes and pursuit between the Russian and American forces.
