Qatar confirms that it has achieved rapprochement with Russia concerning the Syrian file

The Qatari ambassador to Moscow, Ahmed bin Nasser bin Jassim Al Thani, confirmed that Qatar and Russia have achieved rapprochement in the position of Qatar and Russia concerning the Syrian issue, and this comes after Qatar launched a new consultative process last March to discuss humanitarian issues.
